(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 36 year old male with Drinking and Driving offences after conducting a traffic stop at a Main St., Jarvis, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday January 1st, 2016 at approximately 8:17 am Police stopped a beige 2000 GMC SUV for a Highway Traffic Act offence. While speaking with the driver signs of impairment was detected which lead to his arrest.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Operating a motor vehicle over the legal limit of alcohol is 36 year old Tremaine HILL of Six Nations Grand River Territory First Nation, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
