(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County detachment has charged a 23-year-old male after police investigated a motor vehicle at an Argyle Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, January 8, 2016 at approximately 9:06 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Argyle Street when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 23-year-old David Michael MCDONNELL of Haldimand County, Ontario with having care and control of a motor vehicle with unsealed container of liquor and possession of Hydromorphone.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
