(LAKESHORE, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore stopped an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on January 16, 2016 at approximately 6:55 p.m. on St. Peter Street at South Street in Lakeshore.
Officers spoke to the driver of the ATV who exhibited signs of impairment. Officers also located an amount of suspected marihuana on the driver.
Shawn CUNNING, age 42 of Windsor was charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content and Possession of Schedule II Substance. He will appear in a Windsor court on February 9, 2016 to answer to the charges.
