(LEAMINGTON, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington stopped a speeding vehicle on January 20, 2016 at approximately 10:10 a.m. on Road 2 in Leamington.
The officer was conducting stationary radar patrols when he clocked the black Jeep travelling 62 kilometers over the posted speed limit.
The driver was spoken to and investigation revealed that he was in breach of conditions from a previous criminal charge, as well as breaching a previous sentence order.
Ryan PRESLEY, age 25 of Leamington, was charged with Stunt Driving. His driver’s licence was suspended for 7 days and his vehicle was also impounded.
He was arrested and held for a bail hearing for breaching his recognizance and his conditional sentence order.
