Nicholas Jean-Claude POPPLEWELL – Breach, Drugs, etc

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County detachment has charged a 28-year-old male after investigating an incident at a Maple Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.

On Saturday, January 30, 2016 at approximately 7:32 p.m., police were called to the address after receiving a complaint about a theft.

As a result of investigation, police have charged 28-year-old Nicholas Jean-Claude POPPLEWELL of Norfolk County, Ontario with theft under $5,000, possession of Cannabinol, fail to comply with Probation Order X2 and possession of unmarked tobacco contrary to the Tobacco Tax Act.

He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
