(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 29 year old male with disqualified driving and several provincial charges following a traffic stop at an Argyle Street, Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Thursday February 4th, 2016 at approximately 2:18 pm, members of the Haldimand County OPP, stopped a 2003 GMC Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) on Argyle Street, for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the vehicle identified as 29 year old Richard BOMBERRY of Brantford, ON has been charged with driving while disqualified, use plate not authorized for vehicle, and fail to surrender insurance card. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
