(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 22-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Main Street South, Waterford, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at approximately 3:31 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Main Street South, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 22-year-old Andrew LAMMEL-JOSEPH of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving while under suspension X2 contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
