(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 39-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a 6th Concession Road, South Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, April 9, 2016, at approximately 12:02 a.m., officers were on patrol in the area of 6th Concession Road when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 39-year-old Joseph S HAMM, of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
