Male Passed Out On ATV In Private Drive Facing Impaired Charges

(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On April 16, 2016, at approximately 7:16 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were alerted to a male observed to be passed out on an all-terrain vehicle (ATV).

Officers located the vehicle in a private drive on Pearl Street. Officers determined the male had been drinking alcohol, and he was arrested and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath testing.

As a result of the police investigation, 31-year-old Steven WINDSOR, from North Middlesex, Ontario, has been charged with care of control over 80 mgs, and care or control while impaired (alcohol).

The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on June 9, 2016.
