(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 41-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Berkley Crescent, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, April 16, 2016, at approximately 2:15 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Donly Drive, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Berkley Crescent address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 41-year-old Ryan Edward MORRISON, of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
