(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) –Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to attend Kloepfer Road in the County of Brant in response to a vehicle being followed by a citizen while driving erratically then going into the ditch at approximately 8:30 p.m. on 22 April 2016.
OPP officers attended the area and located the vehicle on Kloepfer Road near the Eighth Concession of Burford in the County of Brant. During the investigation officers determined that the driver of the 1998 brown Ford F-150 was impaired by alcohol.
Police have charged 22-year-old Adam ROLOSON of Brantford with Care and Control of a motor vehicle with blood alcohol over 80 mgs contrary to section 253 (1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges.
