(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped an erratic driver on Centre Line near Peterborough County Road 18 early Saturday morning just before 1:00am.
David SLOAN (age 46) of Selwyn, ON was arrested and charged with:
Impaired Driving
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON June 09, 2016.
