(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On July 31st, 2016 at approximately 5:30 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment on the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report that a motor vehicle was on Mosley Street in the area of 3rd Street which exhibited signs of impairment.
OPP located this motor vehicle in a parking lot of a business on Mosley Street and quickly determined that the driver was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Impaired Operation” and “Exceed 80 mgs.” is John J. DESCHAMP 23 years old from Shelburne, Ontario. First appearance is August 30th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
