(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On July 31st, 2016 at approximately 12:15 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a male who was driving a motor vehicle exhibiting signs of impairment.
Huronia West OPP located and stopped this motor vehicle and driver in the parking lot of a business off of Stonebridge Boulevard and quickly determined that the male driver was operating this motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Impaired Operation” and “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Paolo R. CICCAGLIONE 23 years old from Stoney Creek, Ontario. First appearance is September 13th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
