(OXFORD COUNTY, ON.) – On August 1, 2016 at approximately 11:55 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of possible impaired driver travelling eastbound on Highway 401.
Information received that the vehicle was swerving and travelling at varying speeds eastbound on Highway 401 near Highway 6 in Oxford County.
As a result of investigation, the 19-year-old female, Sarah HAUSER of KILBRIDE was charged with the following:
Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle – Criminal Code (CC)
Driving with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood – CC
The female was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on August 23, 2016.
