(LAKESHORE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has completed their initial investigation into the single motor vehicle fatal collision which occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. this morning on Morris Road in Lakeshore, Ontario.
A Chevrolet pickup truck, travelled eastbound on Morris Road when it lost control and left the roadway, coming to rest in a farm field on the north side of the road.
The lone occupant, George WILLMS, age 67 of Lakeshore, Ontario was pronounced dead at the scene.
Morris Road between Richardson Sideroad and Lee Avenue, Lakeshore has since been reopened.
