(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 31-year-old male with offences under The Controlled Drugs and Substances ACT (CDSA) after a warrant was executed at a property on Indian Line Road in Hagersville, Haldimand County, Ontario. On Friday September 16, 2016, members of the OPP Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at a residence on Indian Line which resulted in the seizure of a quantity of cannabis marihuana plants and also some growing equipment.
The estimated street value of the cannabis marihuana is $313,000.OPP has charged 31-year-old Robert FOSTER of Coldwater, Ontario with Production of a Schedule II Substance, Cannabis Marihuana and Possession of a Schedule II Substance, Cannabis Marihuana, For the Purpose of Trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at later date to answer to the charges. – 30 -Contact: Cst.
