(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On October 4, 2016 at approximately 8:24 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver. Police stopped the suspect vehicle, a 1939 Plymouth, on the Derby-Keppel Townline in the Township of Georgian Bluffs and found that the lone driver had been drinking alcohol.
After failing a roadside breath test, he was arrested for impaired driving and was transported to the Chatsworth OPP Detachment for further breath tests, which he failed.
Douglas NAYLER, 67, of the Township of Georgian Bluffs, was charged with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in his system.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on October 20, 2016.
