(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On November 29, 2016 at approximately 9:00 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting an R.I.D.E. Check stop on Beachwood Road and stopped a vehicle that Police quickly determined that the driver was operating this motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Lucian LAWRENCE 22 years old from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is December 20, 2016 in Collingwood court.
