Zoltan HUSZAR – Drunk Driving, Hit Parked Car

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised of a vehicle driving in an erratic manner south bound on Pinehurst Road.

At approximately 4:50 p.m. Wednesday September 18th, 2013, officer’s located 1994 Toyota Camry on Grand River Street after it had collided with a parked car. While the officer was talking to the male driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The male driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.

Zoltan HUSZAR 62 years of age from Waterloo Region is facing the following Criminal charges

Impaired Driving
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content

The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on October 18th, 2013 to answer to the charges.
