(RIPLEY, ON) – On August 4, 2013 at 3:27 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Queen Street in Ripley signalled a Grey Chevrolet Silverado to stop. The truck continued on through Ripley then stopped and the driver ran from the vehicle. The driver was located after a short search and arrested. 21 year old Zachary MCINTOSH of Huron-Kinloss Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams and Flight from police. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 16, 2013 to answer to the charges.
