(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Tuesday June 18, 2013, shortly after 3:30 a.m. a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol observed a youth walking on Clayton Street East in Listowel. The officer determined that the 16 year old male youth was bound by a probation order which involved a curfew.
