Where: Huronia West OPP – 1000 River Road West, Wasaga Beach, Ont.

When: July and August 2015 (8 weeks x 36.25 hours)

What: This work opportunity will have the successful applicant working generally Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. but with the possibility of flexible hours. The successful applicant will be exposed to varying aspects of Police life including, but not limited to, courts, community service and administration. Due to the age restriction, this does not include ride-a-longs.

Who: We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual

• Youth 15 – 18 years of age

• Eligible to work in Canada

• Who seeks work experience in the Policing field

• Must not possess a criminal record or be currently before the courts

• If possessing a drivers’ licence it must be without demerit points

• Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check

• Must be willing to swear an Oath of Secrecy

• Must be available to attend an interview during the First week of June 2015
