The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a female youth for failing to comply with her curfew condition.
In January 2014, the youth was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that she was to abide by a daily curfew of 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
On February 22, 2014 at approximately 10:15 p.m. police received information that the youth did not return home after being gone all day. Last night, shortly after 10:00 p.m. the youth was located and arrested in Chatham.
The 15-year-old Chatham youth has been charged with failing to comply. She has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
