(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH, ON) – On Friday the 9th of January 2015 at 9:30 p.m., officers from the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on general patrol on Victoria Street in the Town of New Tecumseth. The officers observed two suspicious youth walking on the side walk, when approached by officers it was found that one of the youth was in possession of cannabis marihuana. He was subsequently arrested and charged with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams.
The youth accused is scheduled to appear in Youth Court, Barrie on the 17th of February 2015 in answer to his charge.
