(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) As a result of an investigation into a break-in to a Rowland St. residence in Mitchell on May 02, 2012, Perth County OPP officers have charged a Municipality of West Perth youth. During the break-in, loose change, jewellery and Nintendo video games were stolen.
The youth found to be in possession of some of the stolen items, is scheduled to appear in Stratford Youth Court on May 31, 2012. The youth faces the following charges, “possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000,00â€Â, and “failure to comply with sentence or dispositionâ€Â.
