(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 54-year-old male after police investigated a single motor vehicle collision at a Forestry Farm Road, South Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at approximately 4:35 p.m., police were called to a single motor vehicle collision.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a pickup truck was attempting to enter a driveway of a residence when the vehicle entered the west ditch of Forestry Farm Road. No injuries were sustained as a result of this incident.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 54-year-old Yo Long CHEN of Norfolk County, Ontario with care or control while impaired and fail or refuse to provide sample.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
