(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On Friday, November 22, 2013, just before 2:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Honda vehicle on Highway 401 eastbound in Elgin County.
Subsequent investigation at roadside indicated that the driver, 35 year old Yi-Fen CHAO from Toronto, was driving while suspended.
She will appear in a Chatham court on Friday, January 10, 2014, to answer to the charge of Driving While Under Suspension – While Suspended Under HTA Sec 41/42.
