(NAPANEE, ON)- Last night at 7:35 p.m. Napanee OPP were dispatched to a single vehicle collision on Highway 401 westbound near Wooler Road, Trenton.
Information was that the vehicle had been travelling eastbound in the westbound lanes prior to the vehicle going into the ditch.
The vehicle driver, 37 year-old Kyle FERGUSON of Brighton, was arrested and subsequently charged with over .80 mgs.
He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on February 18th, 2014.
