(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 6, 2015 at approximately 6:18 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Guelph Wellington Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to a report of a 62 year old female in medical distress after falling off a horse in Puslinch Township.
C.P.R. was initiated at the scene by witnesses. Guelph Wellington EMS responded but the female, 62-year-old Linda SMALL from Acton was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A post mortem is to be held today however the death is considered to be non-suspicious.
