Just before midnight the Chatham Kent Police responded to a call for service at a Chatham area motel. Upon arrival they located a female party who was found to be breaching her conditions of release on an unrelated matter. She was taken into custody at that time and transported to police headquarters.
A 24 year old Chatham woman is charged with breaching her recognizance. She awaits a court appearance later today.
