(OTONABEE-SOUTH MONAGHAN TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with emergency crews were called to a farm property on Woodside Road to assist a female that had been thrown from a horse shortly after 7:00pm yesterday evening.
The 67 year-old female from Warkworth, ON was transported by Ornge Air Ambulance to a Toronto area hospital, where she remains in serious condition.
