A Wingham man faces several charges following a driving complaint on Shuter Street in Wingham.
During the early morning hours of 11 May police were called to a complaint of a vehicle driving erratically on Shuter Street. Police attended and observed the vehicle and attempted to stop it. The vehicle fled and failed to stop at a stop sign before colliding with another vehicle and a tree.
North Huron Fire Department and Huron County ambulance attended and the three occupants were transported to Wingham and District Hospital where they were treated for minor injuries.
The incident is still being investigated and charges are pending.
