(Otonabee South Monaghan Township) – Sunday, November 9, 2014 at approximately 2:35 a.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP conducting a RIDE had occasion to stop and investigate a driver of a Ford Pick-up Truck .on Burnham Line.
As a result of the investigation the vehicle driver, 23 year old William TOWNS of Douro Dummer was arrested and charged with Having over 80 mgs of Alcohol in his blood
TOWNS was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on December 11, 2014.
