William Timmins – Drunk Driving

(TOWN OF LISTOWEL, ON) On Saturday night, March 20th 2010, a Perth County OPP officer stopped a vehicle on Main St. west in Listowel while conducting a RIDE program.

The driver was found to have been drinking and was given the Approved Screening Device demand. The driver failed the roadside test was arrested and transported to the North Perth OPP Detachment in Listowel. There he registered breath readings of over .80 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer.

William TIMMINS a 53 year old Sherwood Park Alberta resident was charged with “Operating a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content. He is set to appear in Listowel Court on April 21st 2010 to answer to his charge.
