William Raymond PALMER – Drunk Driving, Drive While Suspended

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On October 30th, 2015, at approximately 12:20am officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were on patrol when they observed a motor vehicle being driven in an erratic manner.

The vehicle was stopped by police on Marmora Street in Trenton. After an investigation it was determined that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

William Raymond PALMER, 27 years old, of Trenton has been charged with the following:

· Driving While Ability Impaired- motor vehicle (Alcohol)

· Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood

· Driving While Under Suspension, Section 53 of the Highway Traffic Act

The 27 year old male is to appear at The Ontario Court of Justice, 15 Bridge Street West in Belleville on November 12th, 2015 to answer to the charges.
