(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a single vehicle collision on Curve Lake Road Friday evening shortly before 9:30pm.
The male operator of a vehicle was found to have been drinking. William PICK (age 38) of Peterborough, ON was arrested and charged with:
Care and control of a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood.
Novice driver operating a vehicle with blood alcohol concentration above zero.
Possessing unmarked cigarettes
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON October 20, 2016.
