(TAY VALLEY TWP, ON) – The Lanark County OPP has charged a 64 year old male in regards to a historic sexual assault investigation dating back to 1993.
William John McNicol of Tay Valley Township has been charged with 1 count each of Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference and Invitation to sexual touching all contrary to the Criminal Code.
McNicol has been released on conditions and is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Perth, January 5th, 2015.
