(KALADAR, ON)- On Friday, January 16th, 2015 at 11:10 p.m. an officer with the Kaladar Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a vehicle for speeding on Highway 41 just north of Cloyne in the Township of Addington Highlands.
As a result of the traffic stop the driver was arrested for Over 80 mgs.
Charged with Over 80 mgs is 44 year-old William FREDERICK of Oshawa.
He was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Napanee on February 10th.
