(PELEE ISLAND, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an Ohio man with Fail to Provide Breath Sample into an Approved Instrument, after a vehicle stop on Pelee Island on Saturday, September 14, 2013.
Officers stopped a vehicle just after 11:00 pm and the driver refused to provide a sample of his breath into an approved screening device.
William ELLIOTT, age 44 of Lewis Center, Ohio will appear in a Windsor Court on October 8, 2013.
