(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 36-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Peel Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, April 30, 2016, at approximately 3:36 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of West Street, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Peel Street address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 36-year-old Roderick WIGGAN of Westmoreland, Jamaica with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
