That’s right, Wingham is now officially the worst place to be in
Canada if you are a criminal, new crime stats prove it. As
many of you know, Wingham Free Press started 3 years ago posting OPP
press releases which named drunk drivers, drug dealers etc.
WFP wanted to make Wingham intolerable for drunk drivers and hard
drug dealers, by exposing them to the public. This simple act
turned out to be controversial at the time, but is now not only
accepted, but demanded from our readers. WFP has had over
48,000 Unique Readers so far in 2013, many of which visit our site
at least once a week, many do so daily. We constantly badger
our readers to report crimes, be more active in the community,
demand accountability at town hall, and even to hire local
