(South Glengarry) – On June 21, 2016 at approximately 8:08pm, a Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer intercepted a vehicle for speeding on Highway 401, South Glengarry Township. A check of the adult male driver revealed that he was in contravention of several release conditions stemming from previous incidents. A wallet with identification and currency not belonging to the accused was also seized by police.
Wendy ARCHANGE (22) of Toronto, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Recognizance (5 counts)
– Fail to Comply with Undertaking (4 counts)
– Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
– Theft Under $5000
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
