On February 7, 2018, Waterloo Regional Police executed a Criminal Code search warrant at a Kitchener address. Investigators seized a loaded firearm, ammunition, numerous imitation firearms and prohibited weapons. Also seized were quantities of fentanyl, marihuana and prescription pills. Two males, aged 27 and 42, both from Kitchener, are facing numerous drug and criminal charges. Waterloo Regional Police are committed to working in partnership with the community to curtail illegal drugs and drug activity. Anyone noticing suspicious activity in their neighbourhood is encouraged to call police at 519-570-9777 or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
