(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – On November 4, 2017 at approximately 11:49 p.m. the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Eight Line north of Sideroad 5, Town of Erin.
While patrolling the area officers observed a male and female party walking northbound on the Eight Line. Two other individuals were located in a vehicle nearby.
As a result of the investigation at the scene all four individuals were arrested and are charged with the following.
34-year-old Francis James BLOWN (male) of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Cocaine and is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court December 5, 2017.
22-year-old Natalie Jean ARTHURS of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000 and is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court December 5, 2017.
36-year-old Joseph HANSON of Puslinch has been charged with Mischief and Obstruct Peace Officer and is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court December 5, 2017.
26-year-old Tyler James STROBBE of Woodstock has been charged with:
Carrying Concealed Weapon
Possession of Break-in Instruments
Two counts of Posses Firearm or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order
Three counts of Possession of an Identity Document
Possess Property Obtained by Crime under $5000
Unauthorized Possession of Weapon
He was held for bail court.
