(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On November 30, 2014, just after 3:00 a.m., a Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a Chevrolet Cavalier at Communication Road and Park Avenue.
While the officer was speaking with the driver, 60 year old Wayne HAGLEY, from Chatham, ON, it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages.
Subsequent tests indicated that the driver was over the legal limit and he will appear in a Chatham court on December 31, 2014, to answer to the charge of Driving With More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol In Blood and Driving While Ability Impaired, under the Criminal Code of Canada.
