(CHAPLEAU, ON) – On Monday January 18, 2016, at approximately 9:00 pm members of the Superior East Chapleau Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on general patrols in the Community of Chapleau Ontario when they conducted a traffic stop.
As a result Wayne Frederick BRISCO-SINOBERT (33) of Chapleau Ontario was charged with the following offence,
Adult drive a motor vehicle while under suspension contrary to section 53 of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
The defendant was issued a Part III Summons and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Chapleau Ontario.
