(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On Monday, November 9th, 2015 at approximately 10:00 a.m. members of the Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) and Central Region Canine Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a search warrant at a residence on Northgate Road in the Town of Wasaga Beach and seized a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana, Cocaine, Heroin and cash.
Charged with “Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine”, “Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cannabis Marihuana – Under 3Kg.”, “Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Heroin” and “Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Under $5000”, are Judith G. HIPKIN 63 years of age and John PENNY 23 years of age both from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is December 8th, 2015 in Collingwood court.
