On the 14th of January 2014, the Barrie Police Service were contacted by the Orillia Court office regarding a 19 year old Barrie male who was before the courts for charges from their area. Upon completion of the court case it was revealed that the male was wanted on an outstanding warrant for Theft Under $5000.00 held by the Barrie Police Service. Barrie Police attended Orillia, apprehended the male without incident and he is now in custody pending a bail hearing.
