Barrie Police attended on Essa Road regarding a female who was unwanted at that location. The 37 year old woman of no fixed address was determined to be wanted by Barrie Police for an outstanding warrant for Failing to Attend Court on a shoplifting charge dating back to August of 2013. She was cooperative with police and was arrested on the Barrie warrant. She was taken into custody and held pending a Bail hearing on December 9th in answer to the charge. No one was injured during this incident.
